Our approach to hosting private events matches our ethos for service, where quiet luxury meets tranquility in a thoughtfully designed space tailored to host the most intimate gatherings. Complete with a bespoke menu crafted to engage your palate and cater to you and your guests tastes. Every detail is thoughtfully pieced together to ensure an unforgettable experience.
With room for up to 40 guests, take in our stream side views in front of the fireplace with a menu curated by you and our team. Whether you are looking for a full evening of exciting dishes and inspiring mocktails, or a more casual event with passed small bites, our team is happy to help fulfill your vision.
With the rental of the property, you will have access to both floors of the gathering space. The Main Dining Room boasting of nearly floor to ceiling windows, a wood burning fireplace, a deck overlooking the stream as well as our beautiful bar. Our Streamside Level offers a more intimate space that invites you out to the patio to enjoy the sounds of the stream with a mocktail in hand. The Streamside Level also is equipped with a television and audio visual implements for Corporate functions.
The gathering space can be rented at an hourly rated based on the number of guests:
~ 1-19 guests: $300/hour
~ 20-29 guests: $400/hour
~30-40 guests: $500/hour
We have a team of experienced and enthusiastic food professionals who will work with you directly to design the menu for your event. Our team will put together a menu that meets your budget and addresses any dietary preferences or needs. The cost of food and beverage will be based on your menu and final headcount.
We also work with trusted local vendors and are happy to provide any recommendations for photographers, florists, or rentals.
As we operate in a dry township, you are permitted to bring your own libations, however we ask that you abide by the below guidelines:
• 1 bottle of wine per 2 people
• 4 bottles of beer per 2 people
• For cocktails, our team will review your beverage offerings to determine the appropriate amount that is permitted to bring based on the number of guests attending.
